1/26/2026
Heart health looks different for women – and the conversation is changing. Woman-to-Woman: A New Conversation about Heart Health invites women to come together for an engaging evening of dialogue, connection and insight focused on living a longer, heart-healthy life.
Perfect for a “ladies’ night out,” the event will take place on Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2026, at Sand Creek Country Club, 1001 Sand Creek Drive, Chesterton. From 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., guests can sign-in and enjoy heavy appetizers while learning about local female-owned businesses. From 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., a panel led by four Northwest Health cardiologists – Sabaa Ahmed, D.O., Maya Kommineni, M.D., Stella Kyung, M.D., and Jessica Williams, M.D. – will create a supportive space for honest discussion and practical guidance tailored to women’s unique cardiovascular needs.
Topics will include:
- Heart attack in women and their warning signs
- SCAD, a lesser-known heart condition that can affect healthy women
- Atrial fibrillation, a common heart arrhythmia
- Advanced cardiac imaging to detect and monitor heart health
There will be ample time for a questions-and-answers with the panel.
