Enhance Your Path to Aging with Free Community Wellness Seminar
4/15/2026
Aging is a natural part of life, but each person’s experience is shaped by the choices that are made along the way. The community is invited to join Katie Sarver, Northwest Health Community Outreach manager, for a one-hour seminar that explores how to navigate the journey of aging with vitality, purpose and joy.
The free event, called “Enhancing Your Path to Aging,” will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., April 29, at the Activity Center for Older Adults, 901 Lincolnway (first floor) in La Porte. During this presentation, Sarver will focus on fine-tuning habits that help individuals stay energized and vibrant, while demonstrating how small shifts in daily routine can lead to meaningful results. There will also be time for questions and answers following the presentation.
“Today, aging looks different than it did even a generation ago,” Sarver said. “We have more tools than ever to stay engaged, independent and thriving. By embracing a positive mindset and taking a holistic approach to wellness, we can shape our aging journey into one that’s active, fulfilling and full of possibility.”
The event is part of the Northwest Health HealthyU series, a wellness program that provides free seminars on various health and wellness topics for the community. Registration is encouraged. To register, visit NWHinfo.com/PathToAging. For more information, call 219-262-6446.
