Urgent Care
If you have COVID-19 symptoms, which may include a fever, cough or shortness of breath, please call your doctor’s office.
At Northwest Health Urgent Care Centers, we understand that injuries and illnesses don’t always happen at convenient times. That's why we have five locations in La Porte, Michigan City, Portage and Valparaiso.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. The physicians and nurse practitioners at the Northwest Health Urgent Care Centers provide walk-in care in urgent conditions for a range of immediate clinical issues, including:
- Minor injuries or wounds
- Sudden illnesses such as the flu
- Routine illnesses such as colds and coughs
- Allergy or asthma issues or treatments
- Sports physicals
Online Check-In*
Online check-in should not be used for life-threatening emergencies. Because our ER and urgent care staffs must treat patients based on the severity of illness or injury, your time is not guaranteed. We will see you as close to your designated time as possible. If your symptoms worsen or you believe you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency department as soon as possible.
